Who is suitable for ProLon?

ProLon is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. ProLon is intended for use by healthy individuals who want to enhance their health and wellbeing. It can also help followers to proactively manage their weight.

ProLon is a low-calorie diet, and not recommended if:

  • You are allergic to nuts, soy, oats, sesame or celery/celeriac (the meal plan contains these ingredients)
  • You are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You have a fever, cough, diarrhoea, or signs of an active infection
  • You are underweight or have experienced protein deficiency.

If you want to try ProLon, but have a diagnosed health condition, please contact your doctor or healthcare provider for advice. Do not use ProLon without a doctor’s supervision if you are under 18 or over 70.

The ProLon Fasting Mimicking Diet can be followed up to 12 times a year.

While following ProLon, please avoid:

  • Any strenuous exercise or activities that may consume a high level of calories
  • Extreme temperature environments such as hot tubs and saunas
  • Driving long distances under strong sun or heat exposure
